The urea solution automatic filling pump consists of components such as a liquid flow metering control instrument, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, balance check valve (or pipeline check valve), integrated oil gun (or combined oil gun), and filter. The liquid flow metering control instrument collects the volume pulse signal from the flow transmitter in real time and achieves real-time temperature compensation for liquid density by collecting the temperature signal from the temperature transmitter, thereby enabling high-precision dynamic mass measurement of liquid flow.

Workflow of the urea solution automatic filling pump:

Ground or vehicle empty barrels are exempt from taring and weighing. One person can operate the system by setting the filling amount (kilograms/liters) and controlling it via remote control, automatic timing control, or the flow control instrument start key. The handheld filling head is placed into the barrel opening, and filling automatically stops when the set amount is reached. The filling head is then moved to the next barrel for the next filling. The operator can flexibly control the liquid filling amount and rhythm.
